Our Bloom Bar has been part of everything from intimate baby showers with 20 guests to large scale corporate events hosting 400 plus attendees. Each setup is tailored to the event requirements, from colour palettes and flower choices to the overall look and flow of the space. From birthdays and hen parties to brand activations, we offer a creative, hands on experience that guests genuinely love.

We offer two flexible options:

1. 'Set Up and Go' – We'll handle the setup, leaving you to enjoy crafting your own bouquets at your leisure, and we'll return to collect everything after the event.

2. 'Stay and Assist' – A professional florist will stay throughout the event, guiding your guests in bouquet-making and ensuring the bar is replenished so everyhting flows seamlessly.

The Bloom Bar comes complete with fresh flowers and foliage displayed in a premium display. featuring a Bloom Bar cart, a parasol, bloom bar signage, and all the essentials for bouquet crafting, including snips, paper, twine, and ribbons.
